Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No, you do not need to enter credit card info to sign up.
How do I know If my song has been played on the radio?
Within 7 days of submission you will be notified if a radio station has listened to and accepted your song.
How do credits work?
Credits are required for submissions. 2 credits = 1 submission (although this can vary). Extra Credits can be acquired through upgrading your plan or purchased separately (coming soon!)

Can I change my plan later?
You can change your plan at any time. When you do so, you will be charged the price of the plan on the same day. All remaining credits from your previous plan will be rolled over.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, when you pay for a plan, you will have access to its features for a month. You have no obligation to pay for the plan in the next month.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
You can cancel your account at any time, you will have access to your plan’s features for the remainder of the month that you paid for. You will not be charged next month.
What payment methods do you accept?
Our trusted and reputable provider is Stripe. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
What is your refund policy?

Are all the radio stations licensed?
No. There is a range of internet and FM stations on our platform.
How do I collect my royalties from radio plays?
Artists must be registered with a PRO (Performance Rights Organisation). Upon submitting a song we ask for your IPI/CAE number and your ISRC code, in order to get paid the royalties you are owed.
